Poor service
Madness! We ordered a corner sofa. We could not remove this sofa for 1. 5 months due to delayed repairs. Thanks to the store staff for allowing me to keep the sofa in their warehouse all this time. When we removed the sofa, it turned out that he did not fit us by size (it turned out, we trusted our builders, who measured the walls incorrectly). We turned to the store within the statutory period with a request to exchange this sofa for another product - sofa + chair (it became more expensive). After 2. 5 months, we were brought a sofa and a chair. While trying to bring a chair, we were damaged the rubber of the front door, further, a piece of the sofa leg was broken, the wrong chair was brought. We wrote a complaint the same day. The next day we were called back by a shop clerk and informedthat within 14 days the leg of the sofa will be changed and the right chair will be brought (the door rubber was repaired the next day) after 14 days, without waiting for a call from the store, I called myself, to which I received an answer that will have to wait another 2 weeks. I was shocked, problematic customers need to be controlled, but they don't care. I wrote another complaint. I received the answer that my order will definitely be with me on 07. 04. 16 from 10:00 to 12:00. 4/7/16 at 10. 05 I called the store to clarify whether I should wait for an order, to which I received a positive response. At 12:05 without waiting for the order, I called again, I was told that I have bad news : ) The car from Poland with my order has not arrived in Melbourne yet : ) ) ) ) They do not give the contacts of the management, there is no manager.
