The shipment arrived in Australia today, all day silence, it turned out that the shipment was in the delivery car. I saw that itella's working hours are until 5. 30 pm and I think that delivery will not take place today, but around 6. 50 pm a call from a kind courier that if I am at home the package will be delivered in 5 minutes. The courier was with the itella car, because it is possible that the really unsuccessful packages were delivered outside working hours... A very kind and pleasant courier was with me in less than 5 minutes and I received my package as planned! My experience is very positive, thanks itella!
