Failure to refund customers unable to curse due to COVID19

When our cruise was cancelled we were told it would be approximately 30 days until we received our refund. I called at 30 days and was told 60 days and then at 60 days I was told 90 days….now its been over 100 days and I call every week and hear the same thing we are processing... Read more➤

Update by user Jul 26, 2020 I did receive $858 of my $1150. VERY disappointed that Carnival kept $100 cancellation fee along w/my cancellation insurance of $178! Thought that is WHY I pd/bought $178 extra for cancellation insur was to protect my $$ if I had to cancel. I knew I’d lose $178 I pd for cancellation... Read more➤
