Its been 73 days and I am still waiting on my complete refund. User’s recommendation: I know times are tough and they may be rowing as fast as they can, but it should not take this long.
Awful refund policy especially when cancelled 12-18 months prior to departure and also when a family cancels due to this pandemic and one person gets refund and the others have ( cancelled same day by travel agent) User’s recommendation: Cruise with Norwegian or Royal they have GREAT Customer Service.
My cruise was paid in full! I set to sail on April 23rd 2020. I have not received my refund yet. This is bad business!! They canceled the cruise so give me my refund. This is sad.
