Poor service
We have been going to this restaurant for years because we live in Marupe and we regularly play tennis at the restaurant next door. Yesterday we decided to celebrate comfortably with our 3 children near the house on September 1, we make a reservation in time, because we are already used to the fact that September 1 is a demanding date in all restaurants. We arrived on time, but what happened yesterday on August 32. The service and attitude of the waiters was insane, the reservations were messy - from the beginning we are told that it is not reserved at all, the end turns out to be, then the waiters are very worried,that they also can not know and manage everything (who should then know what has been done reservations?) Getting used terrace at the table, 20 mins us all no one comes here and even ascribes to order drinks when our 3gadnieks begins to shout and raise panic, then again 1 of Super condescending types on whose imagined that a world-class restaurant attendant, brought edienakrtes. The order was accepted after 20 minutes, drinks were brought after 20 minutes, food after an hour, the children were scared, we ourselves, the bill was 160 eur, the service was mega bad, the food was quite inedible yesterday (although other times we can really say goodbye to food quality!) to be honest, we were so unpleasantly shocked that we understand that we will not visit this place for some time. In addition, the worst of all this is that the owner and the lady sat right next to each other and quite intently and contemptuously observed the existing bardak, the form of conversation with customers and the complacency of these waiters. A good restaurant is about customer-oriented service, not going to be a guilt in itself. Hopefully it was the September 1st bardard, because you want to earn more and serve as much as you really can't lift, but it was a shame on August 32 indeed yesterday.
