Poor service

Faced with the work of an ergo insurance company... A drink driver ran into my machine, I have shown them to their specialists in 20 days a car with only a few details scratched but so far neither call nor email from them... I'll call myself then.. Says wait! Ten minutes is enough for a specialist to calculate this part, but 20 days cannot be calculated here! I do not recommend working with sho office!
