Poor service

ScandinavianBank vehicle periodically does not work at ATMs, drives twice and both do not work, then comes to the bank and there due to technical damage I have to take my time and still have to pay a commission on the deposit to the account... the bank told me that in two hours I should work, it would be easier for him to work. I have to sit now and wait at that ATM... could I not charge a commission
