Paid for work which was not done.

Jim Moore spelled out on paper work he would do for us and requested payment so he could buy the materials needed for the job. He wrote out the receipt for the amount of the check he received. He said he would be back in the next two days to begin the work. He didn’t show up.... Read more➤
