Jim Moore spelled out on paper work he would do for us and requested payment so he could buy the materials needed for the job. He wrote out the receipt for the amount of the check he received. He said he would be back in the next two days to begin the work. He didn't show up. Numerous phone calls were made and he did not return our calls. All we could get was his voice mail. It should be noted he did work for us last fall and did a good job so we had no qualms that he would scam us.
