My bank account was charged and i have never heard of Canva. I want a refund.

I did not sign up for Canva. I don’t know anything about Canva. I don’t know how they charged my account. I want my money refunded but there is no way to get in touch with them. This is quite frustrating.

Unable to remove background image in efffects

the background of an image was removed by canva earlier through effects settings. now suddenly it has stopped working and it’s really annoying coz I am not able to make quality thumbnails anymore.

Not receiving my refund for the free month trial after cancelling.

I paid $164.99 for a months free trail on 4/3/21 I cancelled it after about 2 weeks and was told I would receive my refund on the 29/3/21 I have not received any refund. Please could you explain what is happening? Regards, Jennifer King User’s recommendation: The Customer service is awful!
