You signed me up to a pro service I didn’t ask for and in the process lost all my files and designs. You have lost everything I spent the last eighteen months working on, and now I find that you’re far too high and mighty to have anything as lowly as customer support. I am beyond furious!
My Canva Pro account has not been fully working, and when I called the customer service number I waited 30 minutes on the phone to speak with someone and no one answered.
They sent an email to me, but when I used the link in the email message, it gave me an error code, “Forbidden 403.” I tried to email, but it said I didn’t have any subscriptions with them. It charged my account anyway. Super frustrating. User’s recommendation: Don’t use Canva’s free subscription.
