Paying but wont let me use certain images

Hello, My Canva account is getting billed multiple times. I was billed $119.99 on 4.9.21 and on 5.6.21. On 6/25.21 I was billed $12.95. Can you please helo me out. I still have had no luck reaching them to cancel so I put a stop to the charges thru my bank I wont know until next month if it will even work.

After a free trial of CANVA I was unable to contact them to cancel.{{Redacted}} User’s recommendation: do not subscribe to CANVA you cannot ever cancel.
