Hello! In 2010, my mother entered into an agreement with Aumobile for the connection of a home telephone and the Internet with a fixed-term contract. for two years. In April of this year, an additional agreement was signed with Aumobile for the installation of terrestrial TV for two TVs. In late May, Mate died. A representative of Aumobile called me and recommended to re-register this agreement in his own name, as otherwise the services may be disabled. Although all current bills were paid. I sent an application to Aumobile KAC with a request to re-register the contract in my name. After a while I got calling agents and insisted that I have to sign a new contract again with a term contract for two years. Also about the Internet, for which the term of the contract had already expired, because I am a new customer. The new version of the agreement mentions that all services were installed on September 3, 2019. No services have been installed at this time. Why do I have to sign a new contract if none of the service class changes, nor the connection address. No technical work has been performed by Aumobile. It is simply a data change agreement due to the previous subscriber's navi. And I am a member of his family, who continues to take full responsibility for himself. Consequently, for me, as a new customer, no bonuses are offered by the company. How legal is all this? Aumobile representatives do not accept any objections, but stand only to their right!
