Terrible experience with this credit union.

Open a CD and savings account online and received an email that the application had been submitted. About 4 days later the funds were transferred from my Bank to BSCU. Logged into the application website at BSCU and said that both accounts were approved and I would receive a notification when the accounts were opened. 2 weeks... Read more➤

Web service horrible

I log in to my accounts, have to go through 6 different places to get to where I want. Ok fine next day I try to log in and it says Error. This happens all the time does anyone at Bscu read these reviews? I have called about this and nothing has been done!
