Poor Service
Hello, i want to complain about iExpress delivery service. Already a negative experience with them. Because when ordering sports direct items you can not choose a delivery company. The company itself sets strange delivery conditions. The delivery day determines the time, which a person cannot change even for 1 minute, only the delivery day can be changed. This time a universal case. The previous day, no one matured as scheduled for delivery, as was customary. Sent a text message as today will be delivered on time. I work with people, I can't always pick up the phone right away. So when the courier called, I didn't pick up the phone, but after 5 minutes, the courier said that he had already left and was not driving back. Does the courier not have to call at least 15 minutes before arrival? Now if there is a choice I will never choose this company.
