Poor service

You could definitely be a slow working bank in Europe. The room was picked up at 14.30 is currently at 15.50. No one is in a hurry. Dialing numbers that do not exist, wait another 5 minutes. Then hit the computer. Talk to a colleague who also dials numbers that no longer exist. And then press next. Which is not there again because the patience of the customers is over.
