Calling 92 year old and telling them they could die from rat dropping in attic. They would give him a half off deal of $1300 to vacuum attic. Then charging them $2900 for spraying for termites on a 60 year old house. Which again said it was half price. The house is 1500 sq. ft. 3 guys could do the work in one day. That's paying each guy $120 per hour.....really?? Tried to talk to Jose and he just talked over the top of us. They said their name of the company is Riddex but the phone number comes up Calstar Termite. I noticed another reporter on this site said they changed their name.
