Irresponsible, incompetent, just billing
I liquidated the company, but I continued to use the old paid number for another 7 months. Then suddenly the bee decides to block and close the number for which they are sent, according to them - sms (which I did not receive) that at the end of the month the number will be closed. It actually closes after 5 days of the new month. Then send a full bill for a month of blocked phone and undelivered services. I try to solve it, no one calls back, doesn't say anything specific. Just say that then I will be contacted. But continue to send at the expense of late fees. I have not experienced a worse attitude towards the client in my life. The email or profile would have some info, or offer to go with the number as an individual - nothing. Vnk disables the service,blocks the number and sends invoices.
