Fraud and poor service
Arriving at Livu Aquapark today, it turns out that one ticket I bought online as a "gift card" has been used, although we were there for the first time. Fortunately, I had a spare ticket, which I didn't get to give to anyone, but they can't see on the phone. Even concert tickets nowadays can be checked over the phone, but here they do not print either. Have to go look for a store where you can ask nice people to do it, the salesman says that today I am already the 15th person who comes with complaints from the water park that the printer will be stretched.
