Our 26″ Budget truck brake system failed at 8am on Saturday December 29th on day 3 of trip from WA to CA. Truck stop mechanics could not repair, roadside assistance could not repair and here we are 24 hours later stuck! It was horrible. They don’t keep their word. They told me they would contact me 24-48 hrs after my bad experience and I still haven’t heard from them. I might have to take further actions. Cannot recommend them.
