Incomplete merchandise/unauthorized payment

I haven’t received my TV buddy yet

I ordered the TV buddy and I never received it, I don’t know if I’ll ever get it. I want my money back if I don’t receive it this month. (JUNE) User’s recommendation: Delivery is so slow, its been 2months and I don’t have it yet.
