I decided to order a mattress and pillow from the online store. There was no offer to pay by bank transfer in the payment section. I wrote my wish in the notes. The next day I get a call back and announce that my order will only be delivered by courier. To my objections, the employee explained: that I had a choice to receive the product: by post or courier. To my explanation that I have marked the postal service and that there was no reference anywhere that the mattresses were NOT delivered by post, the employee said: you can cancel the order. That's what I did. It is incomprehensible why the employees of this company are not flexible and focused on cooperation with the client. Why is there insufficient and inaccurate information on the online store page? It just seemsthat Dormeo buyers are not needed. I believe that if there is false information at the very beginning, then no word can be believed, either written or spoken, in connection with Dormeo.
