car deposit not returned after 14 days… I still waiting

I returned a rental on the 18th of June at the Frankfurt Airport and I was informed that I would get my 250, 00€ deposit back on the day after as usually happens with normal rent a car providers. I contacted Buchbinder on the past few days without sucess or solution, most of the times they switch off their phone as soon as you speak in English. I still waiting for my money back! This is not acceptable... RENTAL AGREEMENT Nr. 774-[protected] Reservation. No. [protected] from 14/06/2019
