You don't have to pay too much, why pay a monthly fee for electricity distribution, connection provision, mandatory procurement components (renewable), mandatory procurement components (cogeneration), capacity mandatory procurement components for connection? What kind of work do you do in 1.96 a month if electricity is not consumed in the apartment at all?
