Issue resolved!!!

I just posted a review about a hotel rate issue with Bring Fido. My review isn’t even showing on this site yet, and customer service called me and is issuing a refund for the price issue. It might have had a slow start, but the company resolved the issue very quickly.

Inflated room rates

We booked a hotel through Bring Fido. The app quoted $89 plus tax. If we had booked directly with the hotel the room would have been $71. When I first called the agent said “sorry about that”. I pressed and my complaint was forwarded to customer service. I’m not holding my breath.
