Customer service non- existent. Bought without checking ratings from consumer reports, etc. Big mistake, ratings are terrible. Avoid this brand, other much better brands are available at better prices. User’s recommendation: Do not buy this brand of kitchen products. Support the companies that provide good products at fair prices.
