Repeatedly Bad Service

There is something seriously wrong with your scheduling and performance. There have been multiple delays consistently in the past month. Terrible seats

I fly on Mesa airplanes often via American Airlines. My wife and I upgraded to seats in the exit row recently on a CRJ aircraft. One would think that an upgrade would offer more comfort.
