Unreasonable 11 USD storage fee per package and poor customer support

Surprise “local charges”

Had a package ordered from Japan and shipped to the Philippines. The item only cost around 2500 PHP. I paid the shipping fee with the seller beforehand believing that it’s all that I need to pay.
