I have been waiting 2 months for ScandinavianBank to pay insurance indemnity for a fire victims' apartment. The reason for the current delay is the illness of the employee in charge. Remember that there is no flu, a kind of neglect of the entire bank team... When I was offered this service, then said - everything happens fast, we will take the money from you ourselves, you are a gold customer, etc. Not with IF, I didn't have that problem with Sesam, so I would recommend that you consider this before choosing an insurance provider.
