My delivery was between 1and 5 and they arrived at 8pm.. I missed a day of work working around this schedule and that was awful because I get points when missing work and they showed no sympathy.

They were late 3 hrs. They said between 1 and 5 and got here at 8pm I changed my shift to work around it and still missed a day of work and that is unacceptable i would like to be compensated in some way.. unhappy customer… and did not receive any apologies when they arrived you have... Read more➤

Customer Service Sucks!!!!

I’m so annoyed right now. I’ve been trying to communicate with service and repairs for the longest time. To be exact, 2 weeks. Somebody always picks up in WarranTech but then I get transferred and nobody picks up. At this point I’ve spend hours on hold on the phone and my problem hasn’t been solved.

I bought a new phone for my daughter. We had to replace the sim card, which we did. at 22. 55, the card is not registered in the network yet. I called the AuMobile center twice, promised to come soon. We are waiting... Well, no attitude...
