Run away…. Service and delivery communications is a joke.

No call just shows up. Takes weeks for service and month to replace. 1st washer lasted 14 mos.. Took 6 to 8 weeks to go thru service calls and replacment. Replacement washer arrived crew ran water to show working. By time they got to end of street it was broken bearing or motor. Took week to get... Read more➤

Horrible online purchase experience

Don’t buy from Bandsmart online. I ordered and paid for a dishwasher, in store pick up. The store called and said they did not have my item. I asked for a refund and they said 3 -4 days for refund. What a joke. Don’t shop at brandsmart unless you have time and money to waste!

Two couches 2 rotten vinyl

first off do not I repeat do not buy furniture from BrandsMart the first one the stuffing was falling off the side they replaced it after sending a repairman to repair it and it looked terrible they gave me a new couch this one is rotting away.

Activating the card

I bought a new phone for my daughter. We had to replace the sim card, which we did. at 22. 55, the card is not registered in the network yet. I called the AuMobile center twice, promised to come soon. We are waiting... Well, no attitude...
