Poor Service

I am a customer of this institution. 15.01.2019 came to the notice that on this date is the loan repayment date. On the same day, I pay the credit in full. So far, I have not received any confirmation that the payment has been received and the profile shows that the loan has not been paid and is late for 2 days. What's going on with this company? Can't call, doesn't answer emails. An online reader of how a company has embarked on an insolvency process. I don't want to be in debt after that and I'm forced to pay some interest on late payments.
