Yes there is a charge on my card of 49$ that i did not do! Why was this charged and out of my account?

I’ve only gotten one of my packages

I only received half my package and I cannot get a hold of anybody it’s been two weeks nobody calls me back or emails me correctly I feel ripped off horrible customer service is actually no customer service User’s recommendation: Horrible customer service.
