Poor service

I went to Bear's Burger King, ordered burgers with cocoa, but the cashier still thought that I would like better black coffee ( which I should not drink). Later, I asked that instead of the black coffee already made and brought, bring the cocoa I had asked for, but the cashier refused to do so, saying that she should not. The money was paid, but still I didn't get my cocoa. Can't I really choose what I want?
