Terrible service
Yesterday at 7 in the morning we received a text message that the shipment will be delivered during the day. At 2 pm I called the courier to inquire about how much he could deliver. The courier said that he did not know yet, but not earlier than after 17. There is still a lot to be done, he said, adding, "we will come up with something already. " And then I sit at home, waiting for the phone to stand next to me all the time until around 19 when a text message arrives. Recipient unreachable, re-delivery tomorrow. Obviously, the courier has to record something as to why the shipment has not been delivered. If you can't make it, write that the recipient can't be reached. Call today to venipak, the story that yesterday no one called. They contacted the courier and said that the courier had no reason not to believe and the shipment would be delivered today at 16:00. The courier arrives, asks if there is a door code,and says when then I better climb down. The courier offered to bring it in, but when I said that the fourth floor, I broke away. I wasn't sure if I deserved delivery to the door or to the apartment, so I agreed to put the box in the car. But as I found out later at the company where I bought the item, the courier had to deliver it to the door.
