Resort hasn’t received payment

This place has still never tried to contact me or make it right! Ruined my vacation. Refused payment to resort that was prepaid! Zero response from them. User’s recommendation: Don’t use!

Hotel told me I can cancel without penalty and get full refund due to covid-19

I have a group of 8 people and 2 of them was tested for covid.So the other 6 which include me have to quarantine for 14 days.Until test result come back.I talk to Mrs.Doris at Clarion Hotel and she told me that you all would send them information and they will let you know not to penalize...
