Arrived at B and B with elderly mom. Her room up steep stairs… she is 80. Bathroom across hall …not en suite. Other room was a converted garage with open access to kitchen…not safe. Left the premises. Asked booking .com to assist with refund. No care at all. Lost out money. Booking.com took no responsibility. Very sad....
