Update by user Feb 01, 2020 They’ve offered me at most a 35% refund of the purchase price, that is only $10.50 of the $30 refund owed. I’ve been asking for an exchange for a larger size of the same item. Or a full refund $35.94 to repurchase the correct size again and pay shipping again. All... Read more➤
