Update by user Feb 01, 2020 They've offered me at most a 35% refund of the purchase price, that is only $10.50 of the $30 refund owed. I've been asking for an exchange for a larger size of the same item. Or a full refund $35.94 to repurchase the correct size again and pay shipping again. All according to their own return policy. Original review posted by user Feb 01, 2020 They have a great return / exchange policy to read before buying anything, but their customer service department doesn't honor it or follow it at all. I bought an item, pants, according to their measurements posted with the item, it was too small. According to their return policy, I should be able to return or exchange for any reason and only pay shipping fees one time (no customer will be required to pay any additional shipping fees on any return). Instead, they offered me at most 20% refund, that's just $6, when I should receive $30 or a free exchange for the correct size. The item looks legit and best good, I think there quality is good. Just beware that if you encounter a problem the sale is most likely final with a customer service that's worse than no customer service at all.
