Thumbs down.

Made service appointment, they cancelled it without notifying me. Incorrectly told me i hadnt purchased since 2018, and dont service customers who dont purchase from them. I Made clear it wasnt correct. also, my burner and tank were from them and was actually looking to purchase new soon. They didnt care and made zero effort to correct... Read more➤
Strange because I have a credit with them showing on current statements. This bill came with handwritten and typed amounts. The envelope is also handwritten, not the usual billing. On no, wonder if this person is stealing from this company. Seems I owe them from 2017, although current statements show they owe me. Only one phone number... Read more➤

Gouging

Update by user Dec 27, 2018 Downeast agreed to lowering the price $1.00 per gallon, but this was still $1.00 more than all the competitors. Downeast apparently uses several price margins for different people depending on how much propane is used none of which is made clear to the consumer as to what they will be charged until you get a bill each month .
