Well, I'm already away from them, first of all because of the correspondingly high amounts I had to repay every month, but today, when I called to inquire about the last bill, there was a very frustrated lady on the other side of the handset. I understand if the reason for talking to me in that tone is to leave this operator, but this is not the first time.
