2 months of repair, customer avoidance
M303 Black for € 96.00. The phone broke down pretty quickly, and when I contacted Tele2 center with a question about the warranty ((I don't remember the date)), I was sent to Shopping Mall Alfa at MTTC. The MTTC phone was accepted and repaired in about a month. In January 2019, the phone did not work again, but this time MTTC did not accept the phone for repair (I can add that MTTC Just5 phones are not accepted for repair since December 5, 2018 until now), explaining that I have to go to Just5 Krustabaznicas Street 11, which i also did. On January 7, a Just 5 employee hurriedly exchanged the phone for a new one with IMEI 356890090041926 without issuing any documents, explaining that he would later record it in his registers. After half a year, this phone also stopped working, and sh. g. On August 13, I handed it over for repair to the Just5 office on Krustabaznicas Street. For some time there were all kinds of promises about repairs, etc., but for about 2 weeks now it has not been possible to contact Just5 mail [hide] @ just5.com). Calls, text messages and emails are ignored. It is simply not possible to communicate... Employees are fleeing, but for how long?!
