Rough service, dirty clothes back
We charge for a dry cleaning suit and white shirt. Upon receipt, we noticed that the cuffs were not cleaned at all and wore trousers only in the place indicated by the finger. On the shirt, a finger was written that it was written that there was no guarantee that the shirt would not be damaged, but this was not said at the time of acceptance. Before that I took her husband's breeze to replace the zipper. The same female employee began to say that so dirty clothes are not accepted (something it was cleaned before being carried on a grater), then still brainwashed that put an iron zipper, although it was said that plastic FOR OUR CONVENIENCE. Looking at the zipper, I started yelling that oh god, as a guy, he broke down, that the zipper had been pulled out. I thought it wasn't her business, but I still explained that three people had to pull so that the guy could get out of the windbreaker. The inability to get off the counter when an employee starts telling another client about the whole Maxima, that re where that girl 's guy so defeated, it defeated that re where everything was pulled out. Is this normal?
