I have called both the Pittsburgh iffice of Dr Wharton and the Customer Service number and no one answers. In fact, the Customer Services number doesn't even ring! Very Poor Service
It ruined the Birthday party and didn't even apologize! Sunset street entrance. Call in time to order a cake with a drawing! Two weeks ago! I gave the date and time when I would need a cake. I ask if I can send the picture electronically, because I am outside Cleveland. Responded to come three days before the due date with a picture and everything is in order. I lived peacefully with the confidence that the cake would be for us. I arrived at the time and I was informed that the order for cakes would not be accepted because they had a holiday, etc. No arguments that you would promise, etc., do not No apologies! No word! Sorry for the phrase "You now appeal to the child!" I appeal! Totally up to tears! This is the only complaint. Everything was fine before this event, and we have loved this place for many years, now we will never go there again, because they can’t be entrusted with their holidays.
