I’ve been going to Dr. Ghelfi in Sacramento CA. for over 7 years now, it has changed my life. I was in complete menopausal meltdown mode when I went in for my first visit, feeling exhausted after 2 years of my Kaiser doctor telling me my hormone lab work was all in the normal range for my age and I should just get used to it. Long story short, after getting tested and thoroughly reviewed by Dr. Ghelfi, I was shocked to learn my levels were so low some didn’t even register on the chart....no wonder I felt like crap. After being placed on bio-identical hormones and guided by Dr. Ghelfi and RN Marilee on nutrition and exercise they have given me my life back.
