Wrong lipstick

I ordered Esti Lauder lipstick in my favorite color. I have used Esti Lauder for years. I received it with no problem. But, the lipstick is not in the traditional tube. It tastes different, is a different texture and the color is off. I question whether it is a legitimate Esti Lauder product.

Online ordering is VERY bad. MONEY LOST.

They overcharged me for an online order, I sent their customer service team an email and it’s been 2 weeks absolutely no one has responded. This company is horrible horrible horrible and you can’t trust their online system with your credit card.
