Just disguisting awful

Signed up for june 1st qualifying event since husband lost ins with blue cross omnia as of may 31 lost job. This has been an utter nightmare with california blu shield. Customer service is atrocious, it takes me minimum 40 minutes to reach a USA customer representative, aside from reaching either the Filipino or Indian representatives which we know that culture plays the main reason why the quality of service will never be the same as here in the USA NEVER!!!!
