My health-care provider robbed me of $10,000

AZBC&BS were taking $115 a month through Chase bank auto-pay as designated by healthcare.gov. Unbeknownst to me, my tax subsidy was dropped and my health-care provider began taking out $1,300 a month for 7 months!
