Bad Internet for Home
Internet for Home. I would like to warn xMobile potential customers who will choose this service. During the 14-day test period, Internet services are likely to be good. In my case, it was - one family member could play powerful computer games on the computer, the other at the same time watch a movie on another device (I live in the Melbourne district). There was not the slightest disturbance. I decided to give up the AuMobile service, which was a bit more expensive, but very high quality. When I signed the contract, I had to return a test router, I was given a different model of router. After concluding the contract, the Internet service has completely changed for the worse. Two users can not use the service at the same time, much less normal quality is when used by one user. I decided to terminate the contract, but it failed. Because: for the router, the xMobile specialist found a small stripe, which it could not immediately notice. I agree, it was. But whether it wasn't before, I don't knowbecause it was not checked upon receipt of the equipment. The other device, the tablet, which was a gift, also in the opinion of a specialist, was damaged. I did not see the damage, but as far as it was clear that the contract would not be terminated, I agreed. At home, all members of the family with glasses, without glasses under different lighting, looked for damage to the tablet - did not find it. The girl who accepted me denied that the internet was of inferior quality. I ask, how, so what should I do now, the service is really of poor quality? The answer from her was that somewhere I would still use it. without glasses looking for damage to the tablet under different lighting conditions. And we may not even think about asking that. It is customary that telecommunications services are usually for 2 years. As a result, saving a few dollars, I have lost a really good internet from AuMobile. According to Bite, it turns out that in 14 days I have damaged 2 devices-routers, which are constantly standing in one place and a tablet that was practically not used. I hope that some Australians will find this information useful.
