Poor Service
Hello. A very unpleasant situation is for Oceancom bills. Especially when they charge extra for paying the bill if there is a delay. I had that 28. 02. I pay via i-bank account, 01. 03. There is a text message from Oceancom as the bill has not been paid, but nothing if you paid, because the payment goes three days (not working). I immediately called and said that I was paying, because 01. 03. There is a third day to which everything o. K. Something noted in the system and said nothing will not be suitable for additional payment. Bet 02. 03. 2016. In the evening comes an invoice with an additional fee for administration and a warning about the consequences. Meets lied - hog. With this attitude towards customers, I don't want to continue working together.
